Secondment to NHS Digital as Lead Business Analyst working within the Core Services pillar of the Platforms directorate. Currently working on Spine Futures programme and internal development of BA Community of Practice for Core services pillar.

Senior Business Analyst working within the Platforms and APIs team on a range of projects and programmes, with a variety of stakeholders to identify problems, document findings, identify and prioritise needs, common areas and dependencies. Gathering requirements from a range of stakeholders and undertaking detailed analysis of their needs.

• Leading the delivery of business analysis activities for projects and consultancy assignments that enable the use of digital technologies and solutions to support patients, service users and populations. • Development of the business analysis practice for SCW including capacity, capability and ways of working. Provision of mentor support to business analysts across SCW• Quality assurance of business analysis assignments and outputs.• Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specification documents, user interface guides and functional specification documents.

• Managing delivery of range of projects across the Connecting Care shared care record interoperability programme, including Implementation of cross-community electronic document sharing solution that delivered significant benefits to both acute and primary care organisations.• Liaising and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver key products required for projects and communicate clear messages.• Keeping updated on national and local strategic direction to ensure strategically alignment of projects.• Led technical platform work plan for the programme, defining and planning technical upgrades and development of the shared care record.
