Have over a 100% success rate on cash for keys negotiations7. Experienced to handle day to day details pertaining to utility issues, giving access to appraisers and workmen for properties, handling damage assessments, getting bids for repair work, securing properties, determining occupancy status, taking photos for marketing, listing maintenance, maintaining systems for marketing REO properties, etc. 8. Full time closer for handling all closing details for REO contracts/closings and full time marketing and listings specialist for handling pre-sale actions, listing compliance and maintenance, and marketing activities.
