Scheduling reservations for guests. Managing time through busy rushes, making sure all tasks are running as seamlessly as possible.

Working to learn more about Human Resources and gain more experience in the Food and Beverage industry. Working closely with my colleagues to solve problems, finish tasks quickly, and develop better communication skills.

Working with other team members to assist guests in their day-to-day shopping. Be responsible to quickly complete small projects in the store, including shelf stocking, fulfilling orders for pickup, and getting them out to guests. In about 10 months upon hire, I was promoted to being a trainer. Training including leading shifts with new hires to help them get acclimated to the environment of the store.

Over the course of 2 years and 10 months, there were several roles I progressed through. Began as a busser and was rapidly promoted to a hostess and part time server. Throughout hosting became the hostess manager and was in charge of leading 8-10 other colleagues. Eventually, I worked my way up to part-time managing. With this management, I worked to create schedules, look at the business analytics, and create relationships with vendors.
