As a staff member of Baylor University and Brooks Residential college, I oversee residents who come in and out of the lobby of the building everyday. I'm in charge of keeping track of items at the front desk, problem shooting IT issues, and notifying facilities about any major concerns that arise. I make connections with the hall's residence and faculties members and ensure a positive environment for everyone in the common room.
