    Tender Management Collating PQQ & ITT documents received from various clients and portals. Each PQQ / ITT received would be discussed by the estimating team as to whether we would be submitting a return. Once confirmed I will then dissect the tender and pass commercial elements to the estimator, contract data to the Commercial Manager, technical project specific details to the Project Manager (for example Programmes and Methodology) and I would then concentrate on answering any quality questions. We usde Adobe In-Design, Photoshop and Illustrator to produce high quality finished documents.Other responsibilities included helping the estimating team when the initial enquiry was received from the client, this included reading through the document, printing for office use and uploading the relevant information to our BIW portal to obtain quotes from our subcontractors who were offered the opportunity to tender. Collating all of the replies, tracking who had read and downloaded the information, assisting sub contractors with the use of BIW and updating the estimators trackers . This process helped in the creation of the tender document for the client as I had an understanding and an insight of the client’s needs of the project from the moment received.As I had excellent IT technical knowledge I assisted the IT department with any issues that arose in the office, this included problem solving when colleagues had technical issues, installing add ons, drivers and programmes when required.

I therefore had to liaise with various staff across the world and from different levels of the company.- Diary Management, arranging travel and meetings, taking telephone calls.- Producing various documentation some of which was highly sensitive.I also provided admin support for the Health & Safety Officer and 4 Production Managers, e.g typing, making telephone calls, diary management. I assisted in the production of the 5 Star Health & Safety Award which we were awarded.
