Recruiting Manager
Current- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the talent pipeline is garnered with qualified candidates
- Manage the company’s preferred ATS system and job boards, Workable and Indeed, by reviewing, screening, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers
- Increase existing network, foster new recruiter-candidate relationships to further identify talent for the organization
- Interface with administration and HR to resolve a number of hires, positions, salaries, and job descriptions
