Co management within the London Real Estate Team of a portfolio of mid Corporate clients. I was responsible for product knowledge, sales research, customer relationship management and risk management for the portfolio. This entailed servicing all customer needs and queries, credit report writing, monitoring & control, and business development.I proactively identified the needs of customers and work with business partners to provide and execute solutions where necessary.

People Insight is an employee engagement consultancy. I worked with a range of blue chip organisations to design and deliver their employee surveys, analyse their results and manage ongoing action planning.I was responsible for sourcing all new business through a variety of methods such as networking, responding to tenders and exhibiting at HR events. I project managed a number of clients on-boarded, providing feedback and ongoing action planning support.

I supported a Relationship Manager in the relationship management of a generalist portfolio of commercial banking clients. This involved servicing all customer needs, sales and risk related activites, such as credit report writing and monitoring and control.

Commenced the graduate programme within the branch network as a personal advisor. Transferred to the Commercial banking sector within around a year, co-managing a generalist portfolio of clients in sectors such as marketing, property and retail. I responded to a variety of client queries within the portfolio and enhanced my risk management skills through simple lending requests.
