My journey with CareShield began in 2015, where I held several senior roles, culminating in my position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) until April 2023. In this role, I was instrumental in streamlining operations and enhancing service delivery. In April 2023, I transitioned to the role of CEO, and I now lead both BroadShield and CareShield, leveraging my experience in strategic planning and operational excellence to drive growth and success.My career spans over 10 years, with a focus on empowering organisations through innovative workforce development solutions.
