● Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and scheduling of the on-campus safe space for Queer students entitled “The Q Space” as well as the Sexuality and Gender Inclusion Office found within the Center for Diversity and Inclusion.● Interact with and supported LGBTQIA+ students, prospective students, staff, and allies daily in accessing resources vital to their well-being including but not limited to resources on gender-affirming care, education regarding Queer inclusive sexual health, and comprehensive policy education.● Organize, create, and manage new events for LGBTQIA+ students, allies, staff, and community members on campus.○ Example events include: “Queering the Vote,” “Trans Day of Remembrance Vigil,” “Queer Sex Ed,” and “Nonbinary Finery.”● Led and executed competency training for various on-campus and off-campus groups teaching the basics about LGBTQ+ identities and culture through definitions, terminology, and an overview of current social and political issues.○ Examples of groups the training was administered to include: Campus Security, College of Wooster Athletics Staff, College of Wooster Democrats, and the Sexual Respect Coalition.

● Created, dispersed, and promoted materials advertising accomplishments/news regarding The Anglophone Chile Research Project and digital archive on platforms such as Instagram, Wix, and Omeka.● Assisted with research-related tasks such as primary document analysis, digital repository management, creation of educational materials, and regular website maintenance.● Collaborated weekly with a multi-lingual, multi-continental team both in person and remotely.

● Responsible for organization and communication with volunteers for multiple events such as Pride in the Cle 2023. This involved onboarding and training individuals on volunteering tasks, logistical organization of volunteers, and fostering a welcoming/inclusive work environment for volunteers and community members.● Assisted in supervision of community programs such as the weekly Queer Youth program, Terrace Concerts, and supervised the monthly grocery program providing food for over 40 Queer individuals/allies monthly.● Organized and responded accordingly to correspondence for the Director of Community Engagement including attending meetings in their absence.● Assisted with daily maintenance of the LGBT Community Center including material organization, welcoming guests, and providing occasional tours of the space.
