In my current role I line manage a wide team, being responsible for their deployment according to need, planning and arranging CPD for a range of professionals within the setting.Active member of Ladies Circle, an international association part of the Round Table family of clubs. Ladies Circle is based on friendship and community. Within this I have been able to collaborate in organising a festival raising significant sums for local causes. My role encompasses engaging, recruiting and retaining over 100 volunteers which, without them, the festival wouldn't happen.
