While working there, my position was as a commis waitress in theirfood and beverage department. I worked in all the food and beverageoutlets including the Phoenix Restaurant, where I have servedbreakfast, lunch and dinner, The Bastion Pool Bar and Restaurant, ThePalm Court Lounge and The Club Bar. In general, with all the outlets Ihave had many responsibilities including, being a host, serving guestat the assisted buffet, taking bookings for the restaurants, taking food and drink orders and inputting them into the system, serving food anddrinks, clearing and setting up the tables, removing the used sunbedlinen and changing to clean linen, serving bread, taking care of theresponsibilities of the back of house, making and serving coffee andtea, served wine and handled guest complaints. While working there Ialso got to experience briefly how the Housekeeping Departmentworks by helping there for a few days.
