Cyber Discovery, HM Government's Cyber Schools Programme, was an extracurricular learning programme for students aged 13-18 across the UK, designed to introduce students to cyber security. - Increased school participation through the creation and delivery of face-to-face workshops for secondary school aged students to inspire and encourage more young people to consider a career in cyber security.- Ensured consistent engagement with the programme from existing schools year-on-year and increased participation from new schools through successful relationship building with school and industry contacts and educational networks.

- Achieved repeat bookings and increased attendance year on year through successful project management and planning of largest conference for school leaders in the West Midlands- Increased organisational income through the creation of attractive sponsorship opportunities and securing relevant and engaging speakers for conferences and events- Increased the number of schools subscribed to the membership programme by securing appealing and discounted benefits- Increased website traffic and event bookings through the successful implementation of a new website to provide clearer messaging and improve ease of booking and processing transactions
