I am thrilled to have joined the University of London as the Ex Director of Estates and Property Services. I am looking forward to developing and delivering the exciting new Estates Strategy which will focus on the Bloomsbury campus in the heart of Knowledge Quarter. The delivery of the Estate Strategy will enhance and renew our academic facilities, including the iconic Senate House. Improve and refine our public realm for the use of our students, staff and local community and provide new and improved residential accommodation that will enhance the student experience, whilst ensuring that all developments are undertaken to the highest sustainable standards.So much to look forward to.
Head Of Real Estate And Surface Access
The Head of Real Estate and Surface Access at Gatwick is a dynamic challenging role, focused on optimising commercial returns in a customer focused approach. Expanding on my previous role of Head of Real Estate I took on the additional responsibility for Surface Access including the operational day to day running of the site. Strategic development of the airports Surface Access Strategy and key stakeholders including DfT, Network Rail, National Highways, Train Operating companies and transport business partners including National Express, Metro Bus and car rental companies. In the role I have negotiated with DfT and Network Rail the delivery of a £200 m new Rail station which will open in the summer of 2023.
