As Head of the US iShares Institutional COO team, Ms Reilly is responsible for the design and implementation of an effective Sales Management / Sales Execution process. Reporting to the Latin America and Iberia COO, key responsibilities include:Performing a Business Analysis and Support function in respect of gathering and analyzing relevant, useful data to support the day to day running of the business as well as forward looking strategic decisions Day to day responsibility for all aspects of local office set up and management, offices are located in Mexico, Brazil, Chile and ColombiaEstablishing strong working relationships with and acting as the key interface between the Latin America & Iberia team and the BlackRock Central Functions including Accounting, Accounts Payable, Tax, Treasury, Facilities, RQA, Compliance Internal Audit, Legal, HR, & Technology to ensure that the appropriate support infrastructure is established for the regionWorking with the BlackRock Central Functions (as defined above) to define and implement efficient, well controlled, repeatable processes that support the smooth running of the day to day operations of the Latin America OfficesWorking with the BlackRock Central Functions (as defined above) to address day to day operational issues as they arise in a timely and efficient manner Identifying and implementing operational process improvements where necessary Providing insight and guidance to the local teams in respect of BlackRock policies and proceduresWorking with the product and legal teams to ensure that the appropriate BlackRock Central Functions are engaged prior to product launch Working with Latin America HR Relationship Manager and provide local support as required, assisting in establishing HR processes that leverage the BlackRock shared service centers and reviewing and monitoring headcount against budgets

Providing thought leadership in the development of an organization wide Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) FrameworkManaging the design and implementation of the framework within which all of the GRC functions across BlackRock (including SOX, SAS 70, Internal Audit and Operational Risk) now operateManaging the selection, development and implementation of an automated GRC Tool, Archer, to meet the needs of the organization and for use by the SOX, SAS 70, Technology Risk Management, Internal Audit and Operational Risk teams

Lead all aspects of the SOX Compliance Program for BGI. I managed the team responsible for coordinating and delivering the annual SOX test plan.Managed the Finance relationship with the Latin American team, a newly established business, I played key role in setting up new legal entities in the region and establishing all aspects of the Finance functions for these entities. I played a key project management role in the separation of BGI from Barclays and the integration of BGI with Blackrock. Key areas of focus included coordination with the BGI regional offices, IT integration, the focus of which was General Ledger integration, managing the unwind of specific tax and accounting structures and the development of the step plan in preparation for the close of the transaction.

Ensuring SOX compliance across the Central Support functions; these functions included: Finance, Tax, Treasury, HR, Legal and ComplianceIn addition, managed a project team with responsibility for delivering a number of key initiatives.

Worked in both the Audit and Advisory functions of KPMG. Responsibile for the management and delivery of a number of large advisory engagements for Financial Services clients.
