Drafted and composed the Alpha Sigma Chapter of Delta Zeta’s 2022-2023 Bylaws and Standing Rules in compliance with Delta Zeta National Headquarter regulations. Facilitated open-conversation meetings with the Alpha Sigma Chapter of Delta Zeta so that the 2022-2023 Bylaws and Standing Rules would be inclusive to the specific needs of the over 200 women membership. Conducted a democratic voting process that resulted in the unanimous passing of the Alpha Sigma Chapter of Delta Zeta’s 2022-2023 Bylaws and Standing Rules.
