With the focus on Apprenticeships and land-based courses, tasked with working with new and current business clients to assist in the creation of apprenticeship opportunities at this pivotal point in education and training. Working with companies, assessing their business needs and providing them with the most up-to-date information on apprenticeships, funding, grant schemes, apprenticeship levy and other course offerings.Berkshire College of Agriculture currently offers Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships in the land-based sector and Business Administration, with new areas being developed. Part of this role is working with clients very closely to correctly identify and maintain business training needs and to ensure the successful completion of an Apprenticeships. I also work with and am developing relationships with trade associations and members forums, all with a view to make sure that BCA is at the forefront of the land-based industry and responsive to changing business demands.

In my role I look after Apprenticeship areas such as Business Administration, Land-based courses, Team Leading and Management, Professional Cookery, FOH, ICT, Sales and much more. I work with companies to see what their business needs are and whether they could benefit from taking on apprentices as well as providing the most up-to-date information on the Apprenticeship Levy and any available grant schemes.I am the Client Manager at Activate Enterprise in Partnership with Berkshire College of Agriculture. I deal with setting up of Apprenticeship schemes with clients in all of the Apprenticeship Land-based courses such as Horticulture, Agriculture, Floristry, Animal Care and Equine.As one of the leading providers of Apprenticeships, Activate Enterprise offers many difference schemes from Bespoke Team Leading and Management courses, and a whole host of Apprenticeship schemes, from Engineering, Painting and Decorating, Plumbing, Vehicle Maintenance, Furniture, Hospitality Services, Retail and more.We received an Ofsted 'Outstanding' for our Hospitality and Catering courses in the most recent inspection.Please do feel to contact me if I can assist you with an enquiry.
