I was also responsible for the project management and delivery of the annual ‘Targeting Scams’ report. This is considered by many to be Australia's flagship annual scams publication. Development of this report involved managing a team of data analysts and distilling complex analysis into key trends in scam activity which could be easily digested by consumers, businesses, the media and researchers. I was also responsible for developing the ACCC's scams strategy and working closely alongside the Scamwatch Director and Deputy Chair of the ACCC to ensure they were briefed on relevant developments, risks and opportunities as related to the delivery of the teams work under this strategy.
