I have a fire in belly when I'm working with women to support them on their journey and I do that as an experienced facilitator, coach and hypnobirth teacher. The thread running through my work is holding space for women to explore and find their own answers, offering, voice and confidence - be it in their careers, their lives or their births and family lives. Using my warmth and authentic confidence, I create a space that is immediately relaxed, engaging and warm so people feel able to be challenged and dig deep. I work with empathy and intuition and have 15 years experience of bringing people together to have challenging conversations. I have an open heart when listening to peoples' stories and a laser like focus on asking the right question to unlock their answers.My own journey started in health policy and service design with a focus on participatory design. Whether working internationally, nationally or locally in Central Government, NHS or voluntary sector organisations I would always look for the answer to the problem by bringing people together to listen to and understand each others' needs and priorities and then co-design a service or policy to meet them. I now focus my work with women through coaching and teaching but my focus remains to challenge assumptions, coach people to articulate their goals, identify their barriers and then support them to move from where they are to where they want to be.
