I'm currently responsible for managing and maintaining our internal Enterprise Applications and integrations that sit outside of the Dynamics 365 stack. This is done by providing support to end users, regular reviews of solution efficiency to the responsible business owners and managing solution improvements. These applications include a mixture of internally developed applications and SaaS products, allowing us to provide the appropriate solutions for business requirements.I am also involved in implementation of new applications, working closely with Governance and Project Managers, and other IT colleagues through the implementation life cycle, including embedding these new applications ready for support within the wider IT team.In addition I am actively working towards onboarding “shadow IT” to improve the teams support offerings, this improving end user experience and system stability across the estate.

In this role I continued to support the businesses internal tools as well as starting to actively become involved with system implementations for Enterprise Applications.
