Currently working on a life coaching diploma with The Coaching Academy. My career to date has led to a deep resilience and allowed me to understand, and obtain, the necessary qualities of negotiation and influencing.It has also given me multiple opportunities to broaden my understanding of people - how age, socioeconomics, upbringing, gender and neurodivergence, to name a small number of factors, influence beliefs and behaviour. My passion in the workplace is helping, guiding and supporting people, be they colleagues or clients. Equality, diversity, equity and inclusion are incredibly important to me - I strongly believe people are at their absolute best when they can bring their whole selves to any situation. Whether that is the workplace, sports team or social settings, etc. Equality can not be achieved without equity - ensuring everyone has the same opportunities is fantastic. However, does everyone have the right tools and support to access those opportunities and/or help them succeed?I will always advocate for those identifying within minority groups wherever and whenever I can.
