Support the maintenance of the organization's website (blog posts, event listings, and other general updates). Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok) and contribute to content creation and engagement strategies. Monitor and respond to inquiries and comments on social media platforms. • Assist with the creation of HVSEA newsletters. Conduct research on industry trends, relevant news, and competitor activities. Provide general administrative support to the Executive Director and other team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and managing correspondence. Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation as required. Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives.
