Emma has worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years and has held FOH positions in restaurants such as Outback Steakhouse and the former Murphy’s Bar and Grill (a popular destination at the base of Mount Sunapee, NH). Additionally, she worked as an Event Planner in a private restaurant in Boston’s Financial District and was a Manager/Cruise Director at the Isles of Shoals Steamship Co. based in Portsmouth, NH. Emma has a BA in Recreation Management with a Hospitality focus from the University of New Hampshire. Emma previously held the Director of Administration position with MA based Burtons Grill & Bar/Red Heat Tavern after working her way up through the company over the span of 10+ years. There she was responsible for the implementation and training of all Point of Sale and Inventory Systems as well as managing internal IT infrastructure. Additionally, she worked closely with the President, CFO and Vice President to analyze and organize data, including; but not limited to, new real estate deals, store openings, company purchasing deals, and accounts payable reviews. Emma joined the Crack’d brand full time in 2021 and currently oversees all Administrative & Marketing processes as well as assists in the daily operations of the business.
