Currently studying exercise science, striving to improve daily to become a better asset to those around me. I have been involved in fitness and health my entire life, growing up in a very active family that helped us grow very close and want others to have that opportunity as well. Passionate about fitness and Martial Arts, which helps people to grow mentally, physically and spiritually.Volunteered in Sweden for a year, doing service and helping people grow emotional and spiritual strength.
