Experienced leader in organisational change, training development and coaching.I have led major projects involving organisational changes for companies of 25,000 employees to implementing strategies to grow a small business of initially 4 to 60 employees.I am experienced in and enjoy training and motivating teams and individuals to get the best out of employees, this led me to study NLP and qualify as a practitioner and the techniques learned have helped in my continual growth in training and building relationships.Right now I am the Chief Operating Officer for Pump Gyms where I have grown the business from one to six gyms. I continue to build the business and strengthen leadership to drive profitable growth and increase both membership and gyms.Our aim is to provide high standard gyms at affordable prices with flexible access. I have overall responsibility for implementing our high standards and work closely with all six sites to ensure service delivery is excelled and the member experience is great every single day.
