Overall Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Group’s European business, based out of London, reporting to the Chairman/majority owner and entrepreneur, Scott Malkin. Responsible for strategic business planning and cash flow projections at the asset level for each of the nine Villages and group-wide, including income and cost projections and analysis of potential new brands, and additionally overall cash flow projections for the business. Also primarily responsible for securing the third party institutional equity capital for the development of the Group's two Chinese Villages, Suzhou and Shanghai.

Head of Asset Management with senior responsibility for key strategic decision-making for all European Funds and assets within European real estate private equity division, totalling circa €17bn and including a broad spectrum of real estate and considerable commercial operating businesses/assets. Also served as Country Head for the real estate funds in the Netherlands and Nordics regions. The funds ranged from core (low risk) to opportunistic (complex business or large groups of assets). Managed a team of around 50 on a dual-reporting basis, with 10 being direct reports.Held c50 Board directorships as the RREEF investor representative, focussing upon business investment performance and was a core member of all European Real Estate Funds’ Investment Committees.Represented asset management division on the Bank’s senior women’s and diversity oriented London committees and sat on the grievance and disciplinary panel.Previously a VP and then Director within the Real Estate Private Equity Team and undertook an extensive range of real estate private equity investments valued in excess of €3bn, taking primary responsibility for managing investments with major development or refurbishment requirements. Responsible for strategic implementation of investor business plans, together with arranging loan financings and subsequent disposals of the assets/ corporate entities. Senior involvement in the acquisition side of the take-private transactions of Allied London Properties and Bradford Property Trust and sat on both boards as an investor representative. Deals also included pre-IPO/ seed capital respectively in Regus Group and Shurgard, for the European expansion of its self-storage business and and subsequent attendance at their board meetings.

Part of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group, initially on secondment. Undertook a range of structured financing projects including PFI long-term financings for NHS trusts and universities and a number of packaged receivables transactions for insurance companies, and raised finance for large-scale construction projects including No 1 Poultry.Spent 6 months in the New York office working on senior and mezzanine real estate and hospitality financings to fund acquisitions/ expansion totalling over $8bn and on return to London, moved into the nascent Real Estate Private Equity team, undertaking private equity deals in the retail, office, logistics, residential and hospitality sectors.

Based within Real Estate Finance group of Wilde Sapte Solicitors prior to its merger with Dentons, acting mainly for financial services clients such as Bankers Trust as well as for a range of property companies on acquisitions, financings, disposals and leasing matters.Undertook a range of structured financings and tax structuring and advised on lending and landlord & tenant issues.

The in-house lawyer for the 115-strong photographic services franchise company, with overall legal responsibility for finalising all franchise contracts, leasehold negotiations, company secretarial duties & legal corporate administration. Handled litigation and provided contract advisory services.
