After a five month period spent in South Africa with Masicorp I wanted to continue to work towards decent and stable education for the poorest children in the township of Masiphumelele in the Western Cape of South Africa. I have spoken at schools as well as in the House of Lords in front of groups of informal and formal stakeholders of the charity in order to broaden the UK's awareness of the charity's activities. Also advocating for and enlisting volunteer engagement in the team both from abroad and in the township itself.Spreading the passion for this serious and important charity is central to my role and runs at the heart of my vested interest in the success of these children.

- Assisted the research team with various processes in a range of executive searches being carried out by the firm.- Using their software I learned to map, identify and summarise suitable candidates for a wide variety of organisations.

Research and contact mapping of academics, their information and qualifications for access by Academic Language Services

Work shadowing, attending employee workshops and helping with administrative tasks as well as sitting in on police-lawyer meetings. Attending court and learning about the day-to-day processes of criminal law.
