Ensuring the order management process is working effectively and that deliveries are being made in line with customer expectations, liaising as necessary with 3rd party warehouses. Responding effectively to customer complaints and requests which have been escalated from key operational contacts. Filling in as required for the CFT manager. Driving implementation of process improvements which will improve operational effectiveness and enhance profitability. Ensuring SOX compliance by checking approved Order To Cash processes are adhered to. Managing resources effectively and carrying out a variety of internal administrative tasks.

UK Nordic and German Consumer CFTResponsible for managing order entry to cash process for a variety of German and English customers over two teams – which involved processing orders, creating and monitoring deliveries, communicating with customers, liaising with 3rd party warehouses, supply chain planners, and the sales team. Additionally, investigating and resolving payment claims/customer deductions.

Teaching university students conversational business English, concentrating primarily on speaking and listening skills, and TOEIC test preparation. Writing out individual lesson plans as per curriculum, assessment of individual students for end of term reports.

Teaching conversational English to 7, 9 and 11 year old Thai children in a school.

Processing French and German historical financial information and reference data. Also responsible for monitoring data quality, liaising with other groups both in the UK and abroad to ensure the correct dataflow process was followed and answering customer queries. * Ability to gain new knowledge (financial theory) at the same time as assimilating a large amount of specific area vocabulary in French and German.*One month secondment to Geneva helpdesk.
