Boundless by CSMA is a 100 year old membership club that exists for those who in the civil service and public sector, offering them discounts, deals, holidays, cars and more so that they can make their time and money go further.I head up the partnerships department at Boundless, looking after the relationships (new and existing) between Boundless by CSMA and its partners, ensuring the deals we offer members are strong and engaging. I work with a whole range of industries and companies, including LV= insurance, Kew Gardens, WWT, Brittany Ferries, Griffin Cars, Kids Pass and Hoseasons/Cottages.com to name a few. I strive to maintain effective and rewarding relationships to drive success for both parties. I also support the head of business development with the procurement of strategic partnerships as well as the acquisition, retention and engagement team in the onboarding and retaining of Boundless members.

I was responsible for the P&L, product management, development and operations of the overseas campsites and ferries department within the Caravan and Motorhome Club. I ran and managed the larger and overall Overseas Travel Service department at CAMC in the absence of the department Head. Within the Overseas Travel department, we worked with over 300 campsites across 16 different European countries and all major ferry operators in the UK.I was responsible for managing many projects often simultaneously, to drive change and improvements to the business. I led my highly skilled multilingual team (which includes up to 20 direct and indirect reports) who carried out the operations of the department, setting them SMART objectives, offering training and personal development opportunities where possible. I also managed and developed relationships with overseas partners and suppliers to introduce new products, better commercial terms and strengthen connections.

I was responsible for the product 'Overseas Campsites' within the Caravan and Motorhome Club's Travel Service. I was responsible for the 200+ campsites located across Europe with which the Caravan and Motorhome Club worked to offer excellent holiday destinations to its members. I developed and implemented this product's strategy with the Head of the Travel Service.I developed and maintained professional relationships with the owners/directors of the 200+ carefully-selected and high quality European campsites which work on a contractual basis with the Caravan and Motorhome Club. This included sourcing new partners, developing contacts, carrying out inspections and agreeing excellent rates, offers and allocations. To promote the Caravan and Motorhome Club’s Travel Service I produced two holiday brochures on an annual basis, write articles for the Caravan and Motorhome Club's monthly magazine, write and update online content and signed off additional marketing promotions, which include emails, campaigns and exhibition stands. I managed a team of four multi-lingual executives who assisted me in managing the relationships with the overseas campsites, producing the brochures and online content and providing first class customer service to Caravan and Motorhome Club's members booking their holidays.
