My role consisted of running a Full time customer support team consisting of up to 12 FTE. Being a team manager is something I am very passionate about with regards to managing my people balanced with support and requirement joining hand in hand. My daily requirements currently are managing tightly KPI'S with making sure targets are hit not only for sales but for service levels.
