- Co-hosting and presenting a four-hour live radio show, maintaining a high level of energy and engaging with listeners- Staying up to date with the latest music, pop culture and current affairs- Creation of key benchmarks and raves including “what’s on in the gong,” “not so news” and“the grapevine” - Conducting interviews with musicians and community members to provide entertaining content to listens- Managing and responding to listener requests and inquiries via phone calls and social media channels- Collaborating with the programming team to develop and implement promotional activities and contests to increase audience engagement

I co-host and produce weekly episodes designed to provide advice, inspiration, and support for job seekers. We have had over 900,000 downloads and regularly enter the top 10 charts across the world. In this role, I am responsible for:- Understand our audience, their needs, and societal trends to plan and create relevant content weekly for the podcast- Creating social media strategies to grow our follower count, help more job seekers and boost our download number- Writing and sending out a weekly email to the 3000+ people on our subscriber list via our marketing software system Convertkit- Responding to over 20 direct messages a day from listeners who are seeking advice or thanking us for our help, to nurture our community- Liaising and providing direction to our contractors such as audio editors, to uphold the vision and brand of Interview Boss- Partnering with careers advisors to design and host career presentations and workshops for high school students

i98FM is the Illawarra’s #1 commercial radio station. In my role as a Street Fleeter I was responsible for representing the Radio Station ‘on the road’ in a positive and friendly manner, promoting our clients through promotional activities in liaison with the Marketing & Integration Manager and Promotions Coordinator. My role included:- Organise cross information and conduct live crosses back to the station from various locations- Create promotional social media content and maintain the i98FM Street Fleet Social media pages- Collect and distribute giveaways for allocated promotional activity- Set up and site manage i98FM special events including outside broadcasts, movie previews, sporting events and client crosses- Interact with i98FM listeners and clients- Accurate on air promotional representation as promised to the client / supplier - Drive Street Fleet vehicles around the Illawarra

During my gap year, I completed a traineeship with Allied Grain Systems. My role included:- Creating and managing all travel arrangements including accommodation and flight bookings- Managing high volumes of incoming calls – directing initial customer inquiries to relevant staff members- Data entry into MYOB and raising sales invoices- Capturing project costings via excel to chargeback to Commercial client- Take and compile meeting minutes- Organise and create corporate documents such as advertising material, information booklets etc.- Scheduling company vehicle maintenance including services, heavy vehicle inspections etc.- Maintaining an efficient electronic filing system- Gather and create social media content
