I'm an Exec coach with 20 years experience in Leadership Development, Coaching, Talent management, Talent Acquisition and Culture Change. Working in large global organisations and SME's, I have built and delivered strategies that result in business performance. More recently I have been evolving the business to include environmental strategy and how organisations can introduce more regenerative initiatives.
