I am an experienced Family Law Solicitor, Collaborative Solicitor, Notary Public and Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist. I regularly advise clients on matters such as divorce, separation, pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation, child contact and residence, kinship applications, adoption and exhumation.As a result of starting my career in a predominantly criminal practice I have a broad experience of Sheriff Court actions as well as experience of Court of Session actions in family matters, child matters and criminal matters. This gives me the ability to advise clients who are the victims of domestic abuse on procedure and processes whilst also advising on the separation element.I am also a member of the Family Law Association.
