I'm an academic with over 7 years experience of being a senior lecturer and researcher. I am a highly skilled and experienced occupational therapist with over 20 years of autonomous practice working in hospitals and community settings in the NHS. I have successfully held senior leadership roles. I'm passionate about high quality occupational therapy education and service provision within my respected, diverse and valuable profession of occupational therapy. My current research interest is the acquisition of professional identity. My daily focus is attaining a balance of personal life, professional career and doctoral studies.
