I currently work for British Triathlon in various capacities. First and foremost as Paralympic Regional Pathway Coach for the south of England. Looking after our athletes on program in the academy and also talent ID. Along side this I look after the East Midlands Regional Academy as Lead Coach - coaching the EM most talented athletes. As Children's and Young peoples Lead - developing the grass routes programs and online content to get more people into the sport. Being key liaison with all schools signing up to the new schools program for British Triathlon & also the summer camp offering. #Activeskillsforlife #feelunstoppableAs a Coach Educator developing new coaches into the sport delivering Level 1 & 2 courses as well as key CPD offering of Coaching Children and Young People & open water, as well as the Young Persons Activator award as well as our new Safeguarding Award. As a Coach Mentor for the new female only performance program. Closer to home in the East developing Triathlon pathway from the base level as the East Regions Junior Lead running fun & skilled sessions for young athletes in Tri East Skills Squad and the New Tri East Development Squad to help them become their best. Within this offering the opportunity for junior coaches come and be mentored and learn how to make sure their young athletes are having fun and learning all the skills needed in a positive and fun way - making training play. I am Head Coach at Ipswich High School. With the foundation of the club being based solely around the Skills and Growth Mindset methodology of coaching kids! Having fun all the time you are being challenged.
