The Leadership Team found that too few female Police officers and civil employees applied for jobs in leading positions and to increase diversity and create equal opportunities we started a female network to discuss challenges and opportunities.We planned workshops, meetings and spread speaking points to support discussions at internal unit meetings to increase awareness and promote discussion.
