Tracks faculty/staff required events, and attendance expectations for events. Assists faculty in understanding and accessing their personnel resources and encourage colleague collaboration and relationship building. Supports faculty/ staff in what supports their positive mental health. Serves on Accreditation Team, MTSS Team, and any other leadership team, as relevant. Assists with grant writing and grant maintenance
