I carried out secretarial duties including; scheduling appointments with clients, filing, answering the telephones, handling the daily mail, researching products and also ordering stock/samples to meet client’s needs. I also put together invoices and sent them to clients while keeping the office log book and spreadsheets up to date. I was the first point of contact for all visitors and clients

My previous role is CPW was a Customer Consultant where I was a successful sales person. I was in the top 10 in my region for sales consistently from November through to February and exceeded all if my targets during this time too.I also helped a under-performing store go from a 4k weekly target to a 7k target consistently since June 2016
