Short term contract to assist with the completion of contracted work between WAPHA and Moorditj Koort

Requested to work with the organisation by the CEO and Executive team at Coolibah, the key tasks were to support the implementation of a culture change process and create a training function within the Human Resources team.

Working with a dynamic company in a changing environment to help identify internal cultural issues and work on solutions. My key goal is to help create a workforce that understand their role, how they contribute to the community and are happy to come to work every day.

I work to facilitate People Development Programs (research, design and implement), including leadership, communication and behaviour-based programs. This enables L&D to support the development of leaders to encourage insight and awareness leading to strong professional and personal growth.I have also managed and coached the Facilitation/Training team members to provide technical and soft skills training to the business that is proactive, high quality and learner centred. This role means I must plan and manage resources for an effective Learning and Development Service.Working as Facilitator means I must liaise with departments and individuals to create strong communication skills, leading to improved productivity and customer service.

Training product and systems information to new starters and people who wish to improve their technical skills. Helping people find ways to build rapport with customers to enhance their sales and service.

Answering sales and service enquiries in a busy call centre environment.
