Providing general HR administration on a day to day basis but specialising in Relocation and International Assignments. To assist in a broad range of duties within the HR community that includes references, annual leave calculations and queries, running of reports and assisting in reviewing polices and processes. Providing HR advice via email and telephone and use of QinetiQ’s in-house systems. To provide excellent customer service to colleagues and to have a good relationship with the wider HR community and any third party providers.

Started AMS August 2004. Left to go travelling in 2006 and returned August 2007. Whilst travelling I worked for AMS in Sydney, Australia.Past experience includes Lead Sourcing Specialist for BAE Systems. Recruitment co-ordinator on the Siemens account . Responsible for representing the temporary resourcing to Siemens Information Service and Siemens Enterprise Communications Limited. Assisted the recruitment team to deliver the agreed recruitment services to Siemens. Other duties included on-boarding payroll deals and reporting.My first role within AMS was a Customer Service Consultant for Cable and Wireless. I was based on-site in Bracknell. My other roles within AMS include a recruitment co-ordinator for the CSC account in Bracknell. I also worked on the Siemens account in 2006. Based on-site at Prudential, Reading, I worked there as a recruitment co-ordinator. I also worked at the Sydney office in Australia as an office assistant.

I worked for Contact III, a sister company of Pertemps Recruitment. Based in Reading, I looked after temporary requirements for Yell. I also provided offer management to all permanent positions at Yell. Being a contact centre, I worked as a call agent and administrator.
