I started off in the music events industry managing 2 bands based in Bristol. The joined the O2 Academy Bristol as a production runner between 2007-2011 and worked within all the Bristol venues as well as Cardiff Arena. I then also began working as a Production Assistant, Wardrobe Assistant and occasionally merchandise. During the summer of 2007 I also took on festival work in the Artist liaison teams incl: Big Chill, Glastonbury, WOMAD and Greenman. I have now worked at WOMAD and Greenman festival in several roles and still enjoy being part of the team very much. I worked as a Support Worker in a Challenging behavior home for Adults with severe Autism. The adults required 24 hour 1 to 1 support to encourage independence and monitor there behavior. Assist with personal hygiene care and offer choice and simple daily activities.
