Hi! My name is Emma Thompson, and I am a junior at Oregon State University pursuing a degree in business management with a passion for leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration. My diverse work experience, from serving as a barista and restaurant server to working as a part-time nanny, has taught me invaluable skills in customer service, time management, and adaptability.Last summer, I gained hands-on experience through an internship that strengthened my interest in business operations, and I’m actively seeking new internship opportunities to further develop my skills. Currently, I serve as a mentor for two freshmen in the College of Business, where I provide guidance on academic and professional growth. I am also a dedicated volunteer, continually looking for ways to give back to my community and build connections within OSU.I’m eager to engage in more leadership roles, contribute to meaningful projects, and expand my involvement in the business world as I work toward a career in management.
