My role as a Fitness Instructor is to motivate and encourage the clients while they're working-out. I have to be very enthusiastic and upbeat throughout the classes. I teach a variety of fitness classes, including Strength and Conditioning, Cardio Circuit and Boxercise. I must create different class lay outs by planning different sessions. Each class is 45 minutes and every class is very strenuous to teach as there can be any number of people up to 24 in a class.

My roles included being a cashier on the tills, taking stock in the stock room, filling the shelves with products and organising shop displays. Customer service is the most important aspect of working in Marks and Spencers. I was required to be aware of on-going deals in the shop.
