About Emma Touizer

Postdoctoral research fellow at the Francis Crick Institute working on understanding how SARS-CoV-2 exposure impacts the antibody landscape and how this should inform future vaccine selection. I previously obtained a PhD in viral immunology as part of the UCL-Birkbeck MRC DTP program where my project focused on B cells and antibody responses in the context of HIV and SARS-CoV-2. Experience in multi-parameter flow cytometry and antigen-specific B cell sorting, serological assays (ELISA, pseudovirus neutralisation) and BCR repertoire NGS library preparation and analysis.ORCID: 0000-0002-7164-8555
