I am a business lawyer with deep experience communicating risk and driving strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, high-deal flow environment. Through six years in the venture space and pointed educational endeavors, I bring experience-driven knowledge of industry dynamics, fair market terms, and legal risk diligence. Currently serving as Associate Counsel at Knollwood Investment Advisory, LLC, I manage the legal workflow for venture fund and direct investments, conduct research on executive initiatives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative wealth planning and investment strategies.
