Produce distribution list for monthly magazine, analyse sales figures compared to previous month, first point of call for issues with Database, use Boolean logic to create groups of specific contacts from the database for the sales & marketing teams, create new products and amend the interface of the database, use Inaport to import new contacts, update email bounces/unsubscribes from Dotmailer, keep Database clean, delegate work to Database executives, create and manage new Database projects.

Use conditions to pull specific people from the database for certain emarketing campaigns, mark up male returns as gone away, clean database, send off magazines to customers as requested, updating emkis using SAP data, import new data into emkis comparing to existing data.

Analysing sales figures from previous day, week, month. Booking hotels, meals and conferences for sales team. Adding up expenses forwarding to HR each week. Ordering kit for new sales starters. Chasing references and putting together new starter packs.

Administration, working in Information Investments.Tasks include paying monies into customer's accounts; setting up regular payments; transacting between accounts; account opening; stationary requests, statements and various letter writing.Flexible working within various departments such as dealing with tasks within the mortgage area; and prep work in the scanning department.
