I have almost 20 years experience of managing people across four different industries in a range of operational and leadership positions, almost always with a focus on people and culture. I have demonstrated that I am able to transfer my skills, drive and passion to a variety of roles and industries which has brought me a breadth of experience. I'll have a go at most things! Away from work I enjoy watching documentaries, reading non-fiction, writing and I am a proud governor at my local primary school. It's great to be involved in the local community and be able to support with some of my business skills.
