• Responsible for overseeing the digital workflow of the Content Management System, facilitating the delivery of digital solutions for the website. • Managing content changes from small page adjustments, through to major campaigns covering multiple areas of the site. • Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, I was the single point of contact for all digital changes, initiatives and campaigns. • To achieve the stringent project deadlines for the team, I allocated the workflow to a team of 6, comprising designers and producers, to ensure campaigns were launched on time and delivered the optimum customer experience.

• Lead and motivate a team of 9, supporting recruitment and training processes, and providing on-the-job coaching and mentoring of staff• Project manage the editing, audio, graphics, animation and data wrangling requirements for multiple projects at any given time• Coordinate script writers and contribute to the visual presentation of advertisements, working with the editor to ensure these align with the brief• Provide creative input into the development and amendment of scripts, visual effects and editing• Create strong working relationships across the business, collaborating with marketing, scheduling and production departments• Contribute to weekly senior management meetings with Board attendees, actively providing input into the strategic direction of the business• Oversee the teams workflow ensuring tasks are allocated and followed up to achieve post production deadlines for infomercials and commercials• Obtain brief’s from the CEO to identify criteria and marketing focus for advertisements and provide solutions in line with his vision

• Maintain the Marketing SharePoint and Office Procedures SharePoint, with a focus on high data integrity• Oversee contractors to New Zealand, organising travel, accommodation and visa requirements• Central point for a global customer network, managing all associated documentation, invoices and administration requirements• Manage all invoices via ERP, including the monthly accrual and reporting process• Research relevant suppliers and make recommendations regarding appropriateness of selection• Organise public training events, including all associated materials and coordination of the venue• Responsible for company offices, including coordination of leases, utilities and other services
