Second year DPhil in Health Data Science at the University of Oxford, based at the Big Data Institute. My focus is on the development of self supervised and graph representation learning in placental digital histology, with the aim of identifying associations to maternal health outcomes. Participant of the Big Data Summer Institute ‘22, University of Michigan, focusing on the applications of big data to human health, specifically developed low dimensional metrics from spatially resolved transcriptomics data.
