Responsibilities included:- leading a project to digitise the contracts archives of the UK Payments Group; for example, creating spreadsheet archive and legal taxonomy to form the framework of the new system and processing of documents;- managing the procurement of legal training software;- dealing with day to day legal queries from all arms of the business including corporate governance, employment, financial regulation and competition matters; and- managing the contractual process of hiring consultants.
