I am a senior paralegal in the Court of Protection team and my work involves dealing with clients and their families directly on Deputyship and Trust matters. This includes managing large compensation awards, working with case managers with regard to support packages and assisting with employment issues, overseeing property adaptations and liaising with various professionals including architects, therapists and fund managers. I am passionate about my work and I enjoy working directly with families. I love being able to solve a problem that has arisen or just being able to do something for them that makes their life (which is often tricky and very busy) a little easier. A lot of our families have to tackle so many issues and I am always keen to make a difference where I can by providing advice and support.I am currently undertaking CILEX exams and am a Qualified Paralegal member of the Institute of Paralegals.
